How long does it take to process my order?

Orders typically take 3–5 business days to print and prepare for shipment.
During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Every print is created on demand to ensure freshness, quality, and sustainability.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

If your order has not entered production yet, we may be able to modify or cancel it.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

 

SHIPPING

Where do you ship from?

All Mutual Paper prints are fulfilled and shipped from partner facilities in the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping.
Delivery times vary by destination and local customs processes.

How long does shipping take?

  • USA: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
  • International: 7–20 business days, depending on region and customs

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

 

PRODUCTS & QUALITY

What materials do you use?

We use:

  • Archival-quality matte paper
  • Premium canvas
  • Resilient, fade-resistant inks
  • Museum-grade printing standards

Do your prints come framed?

Some prints can be ordered framed depending on location and availability.
Options will appear on each product page.

Why might items arrive separately?

If your order contains items fulfilled in different facilities, they may ship in separate packages. You will receive multiple tracking numbers automatically.

 

RETURNS & ISSUES

What is your return policy?

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it.

What if my print arrives damaged?

Please email us within 7 days with photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • Your order number

We will issue a replacement at no cost.

What if the wrong item arrives?

If we made an error, we will correct it immediately and send you the correct item.

What is the difference between the brands?

Mutual Paper hosts three distinct art brands:

  • Hillman Park: Black Renaissance, cultural portraiture
  • Old Shibuya: Retro Japanese city-pop aesthetics
  • Buahauserie: Mid-century/Bauhaus-inspired modernist design

Each brand has its own visual universe and curated collection.

Can I shop across all brands in one cart?
