SHIPPING POLICY

All Mutual Paper products are shipped from our fulfillment center in Texas via USPS, FedEx, DHL, and DPD (for EU). Please review the following details regarding order processing, shipping times, and delivery expectations.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders typically take 3–5 business days to process. Shipping begins once the order has been processed. 

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

  • Processing times may be longer during holidays or peak sales periods.


ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after fulfillment

  • International: 7–20 business days, depending on customs and local postal services 

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Once shipped, delivery time is outside our control.


SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, product type, and carrier rates.

  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website or marketing campaigns.


MULTI-ITEM ORDERS

  • If items are fulfilled at different printing facilities, they are shipped separately

  • Customers will receive multiple tracking numbers automatically.

 

TRACKING & DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Tracking details are sent once your order ships.

  • If your order shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office first.

  • If it remains missing after 5 business days, contact us at support@mutualpaper.com.

  • Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.


INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

  • Please verify your shipping address before checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.

  • Orders returned due to address issues are re-shipped at the customer’s expense.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

  • International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total.

  • Customs delays are beyond our control and may extend delivery times.
