SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates provided on our Shipping Policy page.
Mutual Paper is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or customs holds. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is shipped.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Because every product is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.
  • Defective, damaged, or misprinted items will be replaced or refunded per our Return & Exchange Policy.


PAYMENTS

  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments.
  • By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.
  • All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
