Every Mutual Paper product is made custom to order, so we’re unable to accept returns or provide replacements for misorders, incorrect sizes, or changes of heart. Our return policy reflects U.S. consumer protection standards and print-on-demand industry practices.

DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR DAMAGED ITEMS
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Send an email to support@mutualpaper.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Once verified, we’ll issue a free replacement or refund.
WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS

If you received the wrong product or something is missing from your order, notify us within 30 days.

We will correct the issue at no cost to you.
LOST SHIPMENTS

If your tracking link shows no updates for more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@mutualpaper.com.

Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
CHANGE OF MIND, SIZE, OR STYLE EXCHANGES

As all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preferences.

Please review size charts and product details carefully before ordering.
RETURNED / UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address or unclaimed parcel, we’ll contact you for an updated address.

Reshipment costs will apply.

Returned orders unclaimed after 30 days will be cancelled and no. refund will be issued.
CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled before production begins.

Please contact us immediately at support@mutualpaper.com. We try to get orders out as quickly as possible, and are unable to change or cancel orders once they've gone to print.

If you need to change your address, please also contact us immediately, as we are unable to change the address once the package has been shipped.
REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
These policies comply with the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435) and applicable U.S. consumer protection standards. Hillman Park reserves the right to update these terms as needed to reflect operational or legal changes.
